I’m taking Tramadol (Zydol XL) but I’m slowly tapering off of it. I still need pain relief though and was wondering what OTC meds would be safe to take with Tramadol. Ibuprofen? Acetaminophen? Aspirin?
Tamadol, Buy Tramadol

Tramadol
Extra Strength Tylenol,, you want to make sure you DO NOT take any opiates with the Ultram. The ES tylenol isn’t that much less of a pain med than the tramadol,,, it’s really not a very powerful pain med but you DO have to ween off,, people that say you won’t go through withdrawls are wrong
buy Fioricet, Tramadol, Ultracet, Carisoprodol
I am currently a tramadol user and have dealt with many withdrawals that aren’t pretty to say the least. My preference is Ibuprofen due to the nature of my pain, which involves inflammation in the joints. It also helps with the headaches. It is good that you are tapering off and hopefully you won’t experience the horrids of withdrawal by doing so, but if you do it is honestly something you will have to work through and most OTC drugs don’t help with this. If this is a prescription from your doctor, let him or her know if you do experience a bad withdrawal and they may give you something to help you through it. The pain will get worse as your brain reacts to the changes but if you work through it, it should get better. Hope this was helpful and good luck.
