Whats the difference between a 50mg pill of Tramadol and a 50mg Tramadol with 325mg of Tylenol?

How does the combination pill effect you? Tylenol on its own has zero effect so what effect does it have in these combination pills of tramadol or oxycodone?

    Wha? Your question is confusing……Tramadol with tylenol or with oxycodone???

    Tramadol is a heavy duty antiinflamatory and is contraindicated for longer than 5 day because it is so hard on the kidneys. Go with the tylenol…..
